What is Flu & Cold?
Flu & Cold is a combined IV infusion for the active phase of mild viral infection. It delivers high-dose vitamin C (5-10 g), zinc, B-complex, anti-nausea, antipyretic as needed, and a full liter of hydration. Hydration plus direct nutrients reduce functional viral load, ease general discomfort, and shorten total recovery time.
Who is it for?
For people with active flu or cold symptoms: general discomfort, mild fever, congestion, body aches, fatigue, nausea. Also useful for anyone who can't afford three days in bed because of work, travel, important family events, or childcare.
What the session includes
Vitamin C 5-10 g IV, zinc, B-complex, anti-nausea, antipyretic if applicable, 1 L hydration, sterile supplies, licensed nurse assessment, and mobile service.
Duration and process
A licensed nurse arrives at your location in El Poblado, Laureles, Envigado, or anywhere in Medellín in about 45 minutes. We check your vital signs, place a peripheral IV with pharma-grade sealed supplies, and run the drip on a controlled flow. You can rest, work from your laptop, or watch a show. When we're done, we clean up and leave your space spotless.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work for COVID or influenza?+
It works as symptomatic support in mild cases. It is not antiviral treatment. If you have sustained high fever, breathing difficulty, or risk factors, see your doctor first.
How many sessions do I need?+
One session usually shortens the episode significantly. In tough flus, a second session 48 h later boosts recovery.
Is it contagious for the nurse?+
The nurse follows biosafety protocols (mask, gloves, disinfection). Let us know in advance so we arrive prepared for a symptomatic patient.
